About me
With 12+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, I specialise in creating comprehensive product documentation — API guides, user manuals, administration manuals, and knowledge base articles. Currently at Movate, I deliver user-friendly documentation that bridges the gap between technology and its users.
Proficient in tools like VS Code, GitHub Desktop, Oxygen XML Author (DITA), Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, and MS Word, I streamline workflows and ensure accurate, impactful documentation. As a frequent writer on technology, I share insights to inspire and inform professionals across the industry.
Key contributions include migrating unstructured documentation to a structured format, improving content accessibility, and contributing to a 20% increase in product revenue. I have also supported the transition of on-premises software applications to Microsoft Azure, ensuring a seamless cloud migration. Additionally, I played a key role in building Visual Studio integration with GitHub, which streamlined the publishing of HTML output and enhanced team collaboration and efficiency. These initiatives have strengthened product usability and significantly improved documentation effectiveness.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from SKIT and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in IT from Symbiosis University. I previously worked at Microsoft and now work at Movate as a Technical Writer, where I edit and review Markdown files in Cider and Piper for Google products.
I am also an author of Girl Who Murdered Arranged Marriage.
